Part-time Customer Service Position

Triangle Transit is currently recruiting for a part time customer service representative at our Regional Call Center located in RTP for Saturdays and Sundays. Successful candidates must have at least one year of prior customer service experience. Main responsibility will be to answer phones and provide accurate direction and regional information, in a courteous/professional manner to the general public. Excellent interpersonal and computer skills plus a High school diploma/equivalent with a working understanding of PC’s and Microsoft Office packages required. Ability to attend work during adverse weather is required. Primary shifts will be nights and weekends.
