How to Obtain a Discount or 65 & Older ID Card
Riders who wish to obtain a Discount or 65 & Older ID Card can do so at the Regional Transit Center (RTC) during the following hours:
- Mo-Fr: 6:00am - 6:30pm
- Sat: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Obtaining a Discount ID Card
Complete the Discount ID Application (pdf) and bring it to the Regional Transit Center (RTC) during the aforementioned hours. A customer service representative will take your picture and process your application. ID Cards typically take one business day to produce. Please tell the customer service representative whether you would like to pick up your ID card at the RTC or if you would like it to be mailed to your home address.
65 & Older ID Card
Complete the 65 & Older ID Application (pdf) and bring it to the Regional Transit Center (RTC) during the aforementioned hours.
