Route 100: Raleigh-Airport-RTC
Serving destinations on the old routes 101, 105, 570,670, and 747.
Serving: Moore Square Transit Station, Hillsborough St (NCSU), Meredith College, State Fairgrounds, RDU Airport (Terminal 1 & 2), Morrisville Outlet Mall, and Regional Transit Center (RTC). NOTE: See also route 105 for additional service in this corridor.

Route 102: Garner-Raleigh
Serving: Serving: Moore Square Transit Station, Hammond Rd, Forest Hills Shopping Center, White Oak Shopping Center, and ConAgra Foods.

Route 105: Raleigh-RTC
Serving: Moore Square Transit Station, Hillsborough St (NCSU), Meredith College, District Drive Park-and-Ride, Morrisville Outlet Mall, and Regional Transit Center (RTC). NOTE: See also route 100 for additional service in this corridor.

Route 201: North Raleigh-RTC
Serving: Capital Blvd & Millbrook Rd (Target), Exchange Park, Northclift Dr, Shelley Lake, Pleasant Valley, and Regional Transit Center (RTC).

Route 301: Raleigh-Cary-RTC
Serving: Regional Transit Center (RTC), Morrisville Outlet Mall, Harrison Ave, Cary Train Station (C-Tran/Amtrak), Cary Towne Center Mall, Buck Jones Rd, Western Blvd (NCSU), downtown Raleigh, and State Government Loop.

Route 303: Midday Cary-Raleigh
Serving: Cary Train Station (C-Tran/Amtrak), Chatham St, Western Blvd (NCSU), downtown Raleigh, and State Government Loop.

Route 305: Lake Pine-Cary-Raleigh
Serving: Lake Pine Plaza, MacGregor Village, Wake Med Cary Hospital, Waverly Place, Cary Crossroads, Jones Franklin Rd, Western Blvd (NCSU), downtown Raleigh, and State Government Loop.

Route 311: Apex-RTC
Serving: Regional Transit Center (RTC), US EPA, NIEHS, Davis Dr, Development Dr, NC Hwy 55, Beaver Creek Commons, Galaxy Foods, Apex Town Hall, and Lake Pine Plaza.

Route 400: Durham-New Hope Commons-Chapel Hill
Serving destinations on the old routes 402, 403, 412, 413, 412S, 413S, and 470.
Serving: Durham Station, Duke/VA Hospitals, South Square, Patterson Place, New Hope Commons, downtown Chapel Hill, and UNC Hospitals. NOTE: See also route 405 for additional service in this corridor.

Route 405: Durham-Chapel Hill
Serving destinations on the old routes 402, 403, 412S, 413S, and 470.

Route 420: Hillsborough-Chapel Hill
Serving: downtown Hillsborough, Durham Tech Orange Co. Campus, Triangle SportsPlex (mid-day Only), Wal-Mart Supercenter (Hwy 86), A.L. Stanback Middle School, Chapel Hill Senior Center (mid-day only), downtown Chapel Hill, and UNC Hospitals. NOTE: This route is operated by Chapel Hill Transit during peak times, and is operated by Orange County Public Transportation (OPT) during mid-day times.

Route 700: Durham-RTC
Serving destinations on the old routes 402, 403, 412, 413, 412S, 413S, and 670.
Serving: Durham Station, Durham Tech Community College, and Regional Transit Center (RTC).

Route 800: Chapel Hill-Southpoint Mall-RTC
Serving destinations on the old routes 412, 413, 412S, 413S, and 570.
Serving: UNC Hospitals, UNC campus, Southpoint Mall, NC Hwy 54 (mid-day, night, and Saturday only), and Regional Transit Center (RTC). NOTE: See also route 805 for additional service in this corridor.

Route 805: Chapel Hill-Woodcroft-RTC
Serving destinations on the old routes 402 and 403..
Serving: UNC Hospitals, UNC campus, Woodcroft, NC Hwy 54, and Regional Transit Center (RTC). NOTE: See also route 800 for additional service in this corridor.

Formerly routes 500 and 550.
Serving: downtown Chapel Hill, UNC campus, Eubanks Park-and-Ride, District Drive Park-and-Ride, Meredith College, NC State University, and downtown Raleigh.

Durham-Raleigh Express (DRX)
Formerly routes 600 and 650.
Serving: Duke West Campus, Duke/VA Hospitals, Durham Station, District Drive Park-and-Ride, Meredith College, NC State University, and downtown Raleigh.

Knightdale-Raleigh Express (KRX)
Operated by Capital Area Transit (CAT)
Formerly the KDX route.
Serving: Park-and-Ride at Duke Medical Plaza, Village Park Dr, Wake Med Hospital, State Government, and Moore Square Transit Station.

Wake Forest-Raleigh Express (WRX)
Operated by Capital Area Transit (CAT)
Formerly the WFX route.
Serving: Wake Forest Park and Ride (White St at Elm Ave), Triangle Town Center Mall (Park and Ride), State Government (peak service only), Moore Square Transit Station (peak service only).

Zebulon/Wendell-Raleigh Express (ZWX)
Operated by Capital Area Transit (CAT)
Serving: Zebulon Park-and-Ride (Compare Foods), Wendell Park-and-Ride (E 4th St & Oakwood Ave), Wake Med Hospital, State Government, and Moore Square Transit Station.
